The Company may moderate conversations, remove inappropriate content, or suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these guidelines.
While members are required to respect one another's privacy, the Company cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
Please do not share sensitive medical, financial, or other personal information that you would not want disclosed to others.
8. Member Content and Testimonials
You retain ownership of original content you voluntarily post in the community.
By posting, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to display and use that content as necessary to operate and moderate the Program.
The Company will not use your private community posts, photographs, personal stories, or identifiable information in public marketing materials without obtaining your separate permission.
Feedback or testimonials submitted specifically for promotional use may be used only with appropriate authorization.
9. Program Access and Technology
The Program is hosted through Circle, a third-party online community platform.
Participants are responsible for maintaining compatible internet access and devices.
The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or platforms.
If significant technical issues prevent access to material Program benefits, the Company will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.
Program community access is provided for the stated Program period. Continued access after December 31, 2026, is not guaranteed unless expressly communicated by the Company.
10. Live Group Calls
The Program includes three scheduled live group calls.
Attendance is optional. Participants who miss a live call are not entitled to an individual replacement session or refund.
The Company may reschedule calls when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes to members.
If calls are recorded, participants will be informed in advance. The Company will not publicly distribute identifiable participant contributions without appropriate permission.
11. Termination of Membership
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when a participant materially violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or engages in harassment, threats, or other serious misconduct.
When reasonable, the Company may provide a warning or opportunity to correct the behavior before termination.
Termination for a material violation does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund, subject to applicable law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Program and its educational materials are provided for general informational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims warranties not expressly provided in this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Any additional limitations of liability are subject to applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Company is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond its legal responsibilities.
14. Privacy and Communications
The Company may collect and process information necessary to administer purchases, provide Program access, communicate with members, and operate the community.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Company's applicable Privacy Policy and governing law.
By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional and Program-related electronic communications, including access instructions, scheduling updates, and important announcements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdictional requirements of the appropriate courts.
