Here’s the why:
I created this 30-day coaching and accountability intensive because I know how hard it is to do this alone. We can listen to all the podcasts, save all the posts, and still feel stuck. What most of us really need is accountability and encouragement—someone that is going to check in on you, walk alongside of you as you master these new habits, and celebrate every milestone with you as you reach your goals. I believe we are all worth a million “day ones,” and this month is about proving to yourself that you don’t have to do it perfectly, you just have to start somewhere.
Why is this time different?
This opportunity is for women who are tired of starting over every Monday, who are done with extreme plans, and who just want a simple, honest way to feel better in their bodies. It’s for busy women—moms, professionals, caregivers, students—who don’t have hours for the gym, but can commit to walking, eating more intentionally, and checking in once a week.
The mindset you need isn’t “perfect discipline,” it’s willingness.
Willingness to:
Show up even when it’s not pretty or Instagram-worthy
Walk on days you’d rather scroll
Be honest about the weekends, the snacks, the stress
Let go of all-or-nothing thinking and choose “try again today” instead
You don’t have to be fit, motivated, or confident to start. You just have to be open to small, consistent steps—and to letting someone (me!) cheer you on while you do it.
I’m intrigued, how does it work?
You’ll get three 15-minute 1:1 calls with me (one at the start to set realistic goals, one in the middle to check in, and one at the end to debrief and plan next steps), a direct chat with me where I’m active Monday–Friday answering questions and cheering you on, daily video messages from me with personal coaching that will help you along your journey, plus a Getting Started Guide, grocery list, and 1-week sample meal plan so you’re not guessing.
My goal is not to overhaul your whole life. We’re focusing on three core habits: eating in a calorie deficit, walking every day, and doing Friday weigh-ins to see real progress over time. You’re not doing it alone, you’re not drowning in information, and you have accountability, community, and a clear plan for 30 days straight. They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit… ladies, we are setting a new course for our lives from here on out.
