Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because this is a small, high-touch coaching cohort capped at 30 women, each spot is limited and reserved just for you. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

1. All Sales Final After Start Date

Once the cohort begins on [insert start date],
👉 all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation, schedule changes, or personal circumstances.

This includes:

  • Not joining the group chat

  • Not booking or attending your 1:1 calls

  • Not listening to the daily messages

  • Choosing not to continue during the month

You will still retain access to any downloadable materials provided (guides, meal plan, etc.).

2. Cancellations Before the Start Date

If you need to cancel before the cohort begins:

  • Up to 14 days before the start date:
You may request a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future Walking With Meg cohort (to be used within 12 months).

  • 13–3 days before the start date:
No refunds. You may request a 50% credit toward a future cohort (to be used within 12 months), if your spot can be filled from the waitlist.

  • Within 72 hours of the start date:
No refunds and no credits. At this point your spot is considered fully committed and cannot be transferred.

(You can tighten this if you prefer “no refunds at any time.”)

3. Transfers & Substitutions

Because this is a personal coaching container:

  • Spots cannot be transferred or sold to another person by you without written approval.

  • If you have a friend who wants your spot before the start date, please email us at [insert email] and we’ll let you know if a transfer is possible.

4. Missed Calls & Participation

  • Missed 1:1 calls:
If you miss a scheduled call without at least 24 hours’ notice, that call is considered used and may not be rescheduled.

  • Group Zoom:
The group call will be recorded (if you choose to record it). No refunds or credits are given if you can’t attend live.

  • Low or no participation:
This is a coaching and accountability program—your results will reflect your level of engagement.
No refunds or credits are provided for low participation, schedule conflicts, or changed priorities once the cohort begins.

5. Program Changes or Cancellations by Coach

In the rare event that I need to cancel the entire cohort before it begins:

  • You will receive a 100% refund minus fees, or

  • You may choose to transfer your full payment to a future cohort.

If I need to reschedule individual calls or adjust the group Zoom timing:

  • I will provide reasonable alternative options and work with you to find a new time.

  • Schedule adjustments alone do not qualify for refunds.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling, you agree to first contact us at hello@dailystepswithmeg.com to discuss any concerns about billing or satisfaction before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

7. Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase and enrolling in the January Cohort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
